After the death of many of their friends, as well as their separation from Hibiki, Asuha, Kanae, Kashuu, Kaito and Yura enter Utopia, the city of humanity’s last hope. They reach one of the two towers, where politicians gather, striving to restore the former civilization by establishing law and order. There, what the survivors witness is an absolute upper and lower world divided by the value of human life. In a world far removed from the utopia, Asuha, Kanae, and the others, torn apart between the "Tower" and the "Under," find themselves entangled in the final battle over Utopia. Eventually, they reunite, but this time as adverseries.
